We have been in the same shoes as our clients, both as in-house support and as external service providers. We have experienced first-hand the challenges that can manifest from new risks and issues that have never been dealt with before, a lack of resource and fire-fighting the issues at hand, without identifying the behaviours and practices which inform such issues.

Through our experience, we knew that an integrated solution was required not only to address and remediate all people related issues and risks when they arise, but also the culture which underpins them. As a result, we created Howlett Brown.
