Our training programmes cover a wide range of subjects across our investigations, culture, diversity and inclusion and advisory services.

Our training programmes are tailored to meet the needs of employers and their employees which can be delivered online, on-demand and in person. We firmly believe that training programmes should be designed to ensure that the attendees feel confident in undertaking particular tasks following a training programme and therefore we ensure that our programmes strike the right balance of theory, support and practice.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION, BULLYING AND
HARASSMENT SHELF PACKAGE

Having reflected on the specific needs of employers and key stakeholders within the workplace and the current market and climate where greater cost controls need to be considered, we have devised an Anti-discrimination, Bullying and Harassment training package which consists of training specifically tailored for three cohorts in the workplace:

1. LEADERS AND MANAGERS
2. HUMAN RESOURCES
3. ALL STAFF

We offer this training package as three video training modules for the above cohorts, each lasting 60 minutes.

The video package is provided to clients in a format that should be compatible with an in-house learning and development or compliance platform used for rolling out other staff training programmes.

For employers that would prefer not to deliver such training by video, we provide this training in the format of live online training sessions delivered by experienced trainers.

As part of this package, we also provide a refresher session for each cohort 6 months following the purchase of the training package to ensure that we capture any informational updates relevant at the time the refresher session is required.
